Cancer Symptoms Types

Cancer is a disease characterizes by cell-growth which is out-of-control. When the damaged cells are hugely divided to form masses of tissues called as tumors. It grows and interacts with nervous, circulatory system, digestive system and releases hormones where body functioning alters. If the tumor is at one spot and if it is of limited growth, we considered it as benign. Benign tumors are not dangerous. And the other is malignant tumors, which is a life threatening. It starts with one cell and interacts with the neighbor cell and expands to whole body and destroys other healthy tissues. It is called metastasized. This process is known as Metastasis. It is a serious condition and to treat it is very difficult.

Symptoms of cancer:

Symptoms of cancer vary and depend on where the tumor is big and where the damaged cells have spread. Some cancer can be indicated t the particular location as it is in the form of testicles. Skin cancer can be known by changes in the mole or wart. White spots on tongue or patches inside the mouth indicate oral cancer. Some cancer symptoms don’t have physical appearance. Brain tumor will affect important cognitive functions. Pancreas cancer interacts with liver functioning and changes eyes and skin in yellow color which is called jaundice. This cancer will be very small. The symptoms can be known when the tumor grows and the nerves cause pain. Colon cancer cause constipation, diarrhea. Frequent or infrequent urination, changes in bladder functioning causes bladder or prostate cancer. Lung or throat cancer symptoms will have coughing or hoarseness, shortness of breath. Metasis symptoms mainly depends on the area cancer has spread.

Types of cancer:

Researchers found that these are more than 100 different types of cancers. Here are list of some cancer which are well known.

·        Blood cancer: The red blood cells in the body results the white blood cells are called defensive cells present in whole body and sometimes cause cancer. Blood cancers are two types: Leukemia, Lymphoma. It mainly affects to both children and teens.
·        Brain cancer: It can be malignant cancer or benign cancer which affect to adults as well as children also.
·        Breast cancer: Mostly women suffer to this cancer; it is much less affected for men.
·        Gastrointestinal/digestive cancer: This tumor spreads from esophagus to anus.
·        Endocrine cancer: Thyroid cancer is an example for endocrine cancer.
·        Respiratory cancer: Cigarette smoking and exposure to asbestos are most common cause that affects respiratory system which causes respiratory cancer.
·        Skin cancer: These are two types’ non-melanoma & melanoma skin cancers. Exposure to UV rays causes skin cancer.
·        Gynecologic cancers: The organs of female reproductive system cause gynecologic cancer.

Cancer is classified to five groups:

·        Carcinomas, which cover internal and external body parts
e.g.: Lung, breast, colon cancer.

·        Sarcomas are the cells which are located in bones, fat, connective tissue, muscle, cartilage etc.

·        Lymphomas begin in lymph nodes and immune system tissues.

·        Leukemia’s starts in bone marrow and accumulate in bloodstream.

·        Adenomas are cancers affected in thyroid, adrenal glands and pituitary glands.

Cancer Treatment Prevention Diet

Cancer Prevention:

In Early stage, if we follow the right habits, occurrences of cancer can be preventable. It is a serious risk factor if we are affected with cancer. For e.g.: Avoid smoking where it increases in behavior of cancer, never expose to sunlight for a long time where it causes various types of cancer. Another factor to consider is age. Men age above 40 years should have regular screenings for prostate cancer, woman above 40 should have regular checkup for breast cancer. Another preventions which reduces cancer are eat limited red meat, safe sex, industrial chemicals should avoid and regular medical screenings.

Cancer Treatment:

Different types of cancer re treated differently. In fact, treatment is also based on the stages it is certain cancers are treated by specific methods.
·        Surgery: It is the oldest treatment. Cancer is removed from the body surgically. This is mainly seen in prostate, breast, testicle cancer.
·        Radiation: Is also known as radiotherapy destroys cancer cells by focusing high energy gamma rays. In early times through radiation there were side-effects which damage healthy tissues, but now-a-days technology improved. So the target is accurate. This is painless treatment. Schedule treatment every weekday. Treatment session is of 30 minutes. Take well-balanced diet and rest. Skin area will be irritated and sensitive. Side-effects will be temporary.
·        Chemotherapy: Interferes with cell- division and damages the cancer cells Treatment includes cell division; the normal cells will recover with any chemical induced where cancer cells cannot recover. There are some side-effects e.g. Hair loss, nausea, vomiting. Eat at right time. It weakens the immune system; avoid people who are suffering with cold and flu. Rest should be plenty.
·        Immunotherapy: It targets the immune system to fight with destroyed cells. Bone marrow transplantation, breast cancer antibodies can be considered as an immunotherapy.
·        Harmon therapy: Many types of cancers are linked to hormones, mostly breast and prostate cancer. This therapy stops the hormone production in the body so cells of cancer stops growing or completely killed.
·        Gene therapy: This therapy focus on destroying DNA cancer cells and cell will commits suicide.

Diet which affects cancers:
Diet with excess red meat and very low vegetables, fruits and whole grains are the way to produce many types of cancers. Other risk factors to cause cancers are obesity, alcohol consumption and chain smoking. Excess salt diet may cause gastric cancer. If the food contamination is frequent links to liver cancer. Coffee consumption reduces risk of liver cancer. Chewing of betel nut causes oral cancer. Researchers found that there is a substantial link between diet and cancer. So eat healthy diet with healthy nutrients and keep avoiding the dangerous disease like cancer.

There is much more information regarding cancer. So educate yourself and get start to use the tips, to be proper healthy human and manageable.

Around 80 to 90 percent of cases are affects with spontaneous healing 10 to 20 percent of cases develops massive bacterial infection, high fever and rapid death.
·        Gastrointestinal Anthrax: It will be affected through infected animal which is under cooked  The symptoms are fever, vomiting, abdominal pain, bloody diarrhea and can lead to death.
·        Inhalation Anthrax: This is most dangerous incurable anthrax. It is developed due to inhalation of anthrax spores. Inhalation anthrax spores for one or three days, there will suffer with headache, fever, muscle aches, breathing shortness, cough, low blood pressure respiratory failure and may cause death within 24 hours.

Causes of anthrax:

The anthrax is occurred due to bacteria called bacillus anthracis. The people affect to anthrax if there are exposed to spores. This bacteria looks like large rods under microscope. Anthrax exists in the soil or other places in the form of dormant called spores. These spores will be hard and difficult to destroy. This spore stays in the soil for 48 years long. It enters the body through the skin injury. It is not transferred from person to person (not contagious).

How I can keep casing from anthrax?

Naturally getting anthrax at lower risk:
·        Should avoid meat which is not properly cooked and slaughtered.

Anthrax disease treatment is based on the type of the anthrax. Cutaneous anthrax is treated with antibiotics easily, but the inhalation anthrax cannot be treated with antibiotics. If a person exposed to infection but cannot find the symptoms, doctors may prescribe some preventing antibiotic depending on the infection affected. There is a licensed anthrax vaccine for adults who are between 18 to 65 and no licensed vaccine for children. It is not recommended for pregnant women. If it is not treated quickly, anthrax bacteria of lethal toxin will multiply in the body and quickly kills. First the vaccination is developed for the people who handle animals and animal by-products. It has shown 90 percent effective for skin anthrax. The vaccine is of five shots are given. Without full series it is fully protected for each individual. Emergent bio-solutions has manufactured biothrax anthrax vaccine, it is mainly given for adult military persons. Reactions of vaccine involves autoimmune and brain dysfunction. It also includes permanent memory loss, paralysis, weakness of muscle and even death. A mild reaction of vaccine local swelling, pain, area of injected site becomes red, fever, nausea.

So be aware of anthrax disease. The knowledge of anthrax may help the people behind if you can teach them and can be treated easily.
