Diabetes Health Care Diet



The word “Diabetic” is not a negative thing. But need to make some changes in your regular life. Initially it may not be easy but going on it becomes a habit and gets easier in daily life. Diabetic patients should take the control f his life, so will be healthy with this condition.
Take the time to know about diabetes. If you learn more about this, you can take care of your health perfectly. Plan the things to work out and if things done better, you can stay on to the condition well. Pancreas which produces a hormone to control blood glucose called Insulin. By the lack of insulin resistance diabetes can occur.
First need an understanding of which food makes energy to our body. The food will be digested with several processes. Glucose acts as fuel to the body. It is a sugar which enters the bloodstream. Pancreas makes insulin which takes glucose from fat, liver and bloodstream muscle cells. Diabetic patient will have more sugar in blood. This is because enough insulin is not produced by pancreas. To insulin, Liver and fat, muscle cells will not respond.

Three types of diabetes are:
Many diabetic patients of Type1 are over age 20. It is diagnosed in childhood. Due to this, the body little or does not produce insulin. They should take daily insulin injections. The exact cause may not know.
The most common type of diabetes is Type2.It is serious problem, People may not know that they have Type2 diabetes. It is affected for adults and mostly to youngsters. Enough insulin is not produced by pancreas and maintains glucose levels normally in blood, so due to the less insulin the body responds less.
Mainly Gestational diabetes is occurred at pregnancy time for non-diabetic woman. It has huge amount of blood glucose. It can create a Cardiovascular disease in future It is high risk, if woman with gestational diabetes.

Symptoms for type1 diabetes are:

feels more thirsty, Urination frequently, vomiting, despite weight loss, fatigue. This diabetes develops in a short period of time.
Symptoms of Type2 diabetes are Thirsty more, urination increases, Increase appetite, unclear vision, fatigue.
The current rate of diabetes affected is 1 in 3 for next 30 years. In US report estimates 1/3 are already Type2 diabetes. The diet for diabetes is equally important for both Type1 and Type2.
Type1 diabetic patients, timings of meals should be more specific. The insulin injection time depends on insulin time and timing it acts. For E.g.: short-acting, long-acting or biphasic.
Type2 diabetes should be specific on taking right food at right quantity and at right time which prevents accurate glucose levels.
For diabetes, there will not have particular diet. Should have a healthy diet with low in fat, sugar and salt and take high fiber foods.
·       Should not take the bigger meals; eat smaller meals and snacks regularly.
·       Don’t take fat food which is unhealthy like fast foods, cakes, fried food.
·       Choose dairy products with low fat.
·       Take cereal meals, whole meal which is easily dissolvable.
·       Don’t take extra salt to meal.
·       Add fruits and veggies to your meal.

Have liquids in small amounts entire day. Avoid alcohol where level of fat increases. Daily nutrition supplementation is necessary to avoid emergency. Need to learn some basic diabetes care. The treating methods are constantly improving. Visit often to your regular doctor. Take counseling assistance. The patient needs some group support to lead normal life. Due to this, things go well and you may feel great. The above tips and knowledge may help you to lead healthy and enjoyable life.
